Overview

As part of a live client consulting project, I led a strategic initiative to position Asutra — a wellness and self-care brand — for growth through corporate gifting. Our goal was to create a scalable, brand-aligned revenue stream while enhancing Asutra’s visibility in premium markets through data-backed product innovation and partnership strategy.

My Role & Strategy

I co-developed the research framework and led qualitative and quantitative analysis using surveys, market segmentation, and behavioral profiling. I created actionable personas and identified gifting white spaces that aligned with Asutra’s brand mission. We conceptualized the “Asutra Shero Wellness Kits” — curated, branded gift sets targeting professional women through premium hotel partnerships and corporate channels. I co-authored and presented the full strategy deck directly to Asutra’s CEO and CMO, with design, copy, and business logic tailored for investor-level clarity and resonance.

Results

This project demonstrated my ability to deliver end-to-end marketing strategy — from research and concept to packaging, positioning, and C-suite delivery — all while keeping brand purpose and commercial viability front and center.

Impact

The proposed strategy won first place in the client competition and secured a follow-up presentation with Asutra’s executive team. By aligning corporate gifting with brand values and wellness trends, the initiative opened a new B2B revenue stream and positioned Asutra for premium market visibility through strategic partnerships and curated product experiences.
